How to Send Photos
Good photos let us give you an accurate quote without a visit. A few minutes with your phone is enough:
- Take a wide shot of the whole panel, in daylight if possible, so we can see where the dent sits.
- Take a close-up straight on, with no flash.
- Take one from the side at a low angle, which shows depth and any creasing.
- Photograph any scratches, chips or cracked paint, because PDR needs intact paint.
- Text or upload the photos with your vehicle’s year, make and model.
What to Have Ready
- Your vehicle’s year, make and model.
- Photos of the damage, as above.
- Where the vehicle is parked (home, work or elsewhere) so we can plan the visit.
- Your preferred days and times, Monday to Saturday.
- Insurance details, if you’re considering a hail or collision claim.
What Happens Next
- We review your photos and reply with a free written estimate.
- We schedule a time that works for you and come to you.
- We repair the dent, usually on site. Many single dents take a few hours or less.
- You inspect and approve the work before we leave and before you pay.
Every job comes with our guarantee and warranty. We’ll give you the details in writing with your estimate.
